- BOS has supplied Motor operated globe valves for NPCIL site – KAPP 3 / 4
- Bellow Seal Globe Valve manufactured in Size of DN80 Class 900 / 1500 and Gland Seal Gate Valve manufactured in Size of DN200 Class 300 / 600
- Carried Analytical demonstration and impact hammer test on the valve and actuator assembly to find the fundamental natural frequency.
- Valve designed, tested Seismically by Static Load test for the required response spectra. (fundamental natural frequency > 33Hz)
- Cyclic test of 10000 cycles on the Bellows.
- Valve tested and qualified by Helium Leak Test at the rate of 10-6 Std cc/sec to ambient as per ASME Section V
- Both body plug / Wedge seats are hard faced with colmonoy material.
